Purpose: Keep tasks lists in Exchange and SugarCRM up-to-date. Usage scenario might be the following: create tasks in SugarCRM and have all of them on the go in your mobile device.

Description: Synchronization of tasks between default Exchange tasks folder and Tasks module of SugarCRM.

Synchronization Rules and Options:

• Exchange to SugarCRM
  • Do not synchronize Exchange task if it has Private category.
  • Update SugarCRM task if it exists.
  • Create SugarCRM task if it does not exist.
  • Assign the following categories to Exchange task after synchronization: Archived, CRM, CRM Task.

  • Update Exchange task if it exists.
  • Create Exchange task if it does not exist.
  • Assign the following categories to Exchange task after synchronization: CRM, CRM Task.
