Common Options

This is a list of common options applicable to large groups of synchronization rules.

All Synchronizations

  • Enabled. Synchronization is not performed if 'Enabled' is set to 'False'. Default is 'True'. Read more.
  • Exchange Folder. Specify Exchange folder to be synchronized. Read more.
  • Full Synchronization. When set to 'True', forces to ignore modification time and synchronizes all items (reduces performance). Default is 'False'.

Exchange -> SugarCRM

  • Assign Category. ";"-separated list of categories to assign to each synchronized Exchange item.
  • Assign to User. Assign new CRM item to the User. Default is 'y'.
  • Ignore Category. ";"-separated list of categories. Exchange items belonging to any of these categories are invisible for synchronizer (ignored). If "Ignore Category" is empty, all items are selected.
  • Mark Read. Automatically mark archived Exchange item as read. Default is 'y'.
  • Select Category. ";"-separated list of categories. Only Exchange items belonging to one of these categories are visible to the synchronizer. If "Select Category" is empty, all items are selected.

SugarCRM -> Exchange

  • Assign Category. ";"-separated list of categories to assign to each synchronized or created Exchange item.
  • SugarCRM Filter. "WHERE" part of the SQL query used to select items from SugarCRM. Read more.
  • CRM DB Table. Name of SugarCRM DB table which stores corresponding items.
  • Mark Unread. Each time an Exchange item is added or updated mark it as unread. Default is 'y'.
